Submitting requests
Need something changed on your site? Have a question? The portal makes it easy to send a request to your operator and keep track of where it stands.
How to submit a request
From the Requests section of your portal, you'll see a form where you can describe what you need. Write it however feels natural — a sentence or two is usually enough. You don't need to use any special format or technical language.
What happens next
After you submit, the system may ask you one or two quick clarifying questions to make sure your operator has what they need to get started. This is just to fill in any gaps — for example, if you ask to update a page, it might ask which page you mean.
Once your request is clear, it enters your operator's work queue. Requests are prioritized based on urgency and impact, so the most important things get handled first.
Tracking your request
Every request you've submitted is listed in your portal with its current status. You can check in any time to see whether it's been received, is being worked on, or has been completed.
What kinds of things to request
Anything related to your site is fair game. Here are some common examples:
- • Update text or images on a page
- • Add a new page or section
- • Fix something that looks broken
- • Change a form or contact method
- • Ask a question about something in your report
- • Report something that doesn't look right
If you're not sure whether something is in scope, submit it anyway. Your operator will let you know.
Good to know: The clarifying questions come from an automated assistant, not your operator. It won't give advice or make decisions — it's just there to make sure your request is clear before your operator sees it.
