Using the portal

Your portal is where you can see what's happening with your site, read reports, submit requests, and view invoices. Your operator set it up for you — there's nothing to install or configure on your end.

Logging in

There's no password to remember. When you visit your portal, you have two ways to log in:

  • Magic link — Enter your email and we'll send you a link. Click it and you're in.
  • Access code — Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're in. The code expires after 10 minutes.

Once you log in, your session lasts 30 days. You won't need to log in again unless you clear your browser data or switch devices.

Your portal address

Your operator has their own portal address — something like smith.field.is. If you're not sure what yours is, check any email your operator has sent you. The login link will be in there.

What you'll see

When you log in, you land on your dashboard. This is a quick overview of where things stand:

  • Site health — A score showing the overall condition of your site, along with any recent changes.
  • Reports — Monthly summaries of the work your operator has done and how your site is doing.
  • Requests — Anything you've asked for, along with its current status.
  • Invoices — Your billing history and any outstanding payments.

Getting around

The portal is simple by design. Everything you need is reachable from the main navigation. If you have multiple sites managed by the same operator, you can switch between them from your dashboard.

Having trouble logging in? Make sure you're using the email address your operator has on file for you. If you're still stuck, reach out to your operator directly — they can resend your login link.
